The FCC is playing games with the publics ability to comment on the docket 25-276, the intent of which is to destroy the publics ability to block cell towers every few hundred feet across the nation.  This docket would strip away ALL local control of cell towers and the wireless industry that runs the FCC is willing to go to great lengths to ensure the success of this deadly docket.  Please watch our video on the illegal actions they are taking to stymie public comment, that we have documented and how this is a violation of the Administrative Procedures Act and therefor the vote needs to be invalidated if it takes place and is a “yes” vote.
And here is our 2nd video we made when the exact same thing happened for the Reply comments…the docket was again, removed from the website.  We have a witness as this also happened to a prominent scientific activist group while we were on the phone with them!  There are many others who are also reporting removal of the docket when they went to comment on it.  Please sign our petition to Congress to invalidate the vote due to the illegal activities of the FCC for violating the Administrative Procedures Act which requires public comment be available for a full 30 days, not to be removed periodically throughout that time period  and that the Reply comments must be available for 2 weeks, not removed periodically throughout that time period.
